Rigging & Motion Capture

Rigging was a role that I never considered to be one of my stronger skills, however when the role was given to me in the short film, I decided to embrace it. I learned a lot about rigging, and found way more challenges than I previously imagined. In the short film, I rigged all of our characters, created facial rig systems for those with faces, and created a rigging system for the knight's armor and sword. On top of this I learned how to work with motion capture. All of the human animation within the short film was done with motion capture cleaned up and created by myself using the XSens system.
